Missing part of order and when called they said they would call me back in five minutes. After half hour I called them back and... got told they?re too busy and will give me a store credit. The order was a child?s who I then had to run out to get him dinner. Read more
Crust was under cooked and soggy. Barely any sauce on it and the fresh tomato slices were so thin you could see through them.... Will definitely not be ordering there again. Read more

Ordered for delivery just outside of town (10minute drive) and paid $30 (including a $4 tip), which I didn?t have a problem... paying as I ordered the regular donair/fries combo BUT The donair was small compared to other places, was cold and the cheesewas hard and not melted. There was not an ounce of sauce in the donair even though I asked for sweet sauce. Ordered wings fromhere previously as well and they were completely burnt. Food is good but they can be horribly slow. Ordered at 7:20 with an expected ready of 7:39. Didn't get my food till long after... that time. The whole point of using the app and pre-ordering my food is so after a 15 hour work day I don't want to standaround waiting. I can go to donair zone and have food in 5-10 minutes.
