Your staff made the whole experience amazing. My wonderful server was Aurora. Amazing customer services, made me feel like I've... know her for years. I have a lot of food restrictions, so she was able to make some wonderful suggestion from the menu. The foodwas delicious didn't take long to get to my table. When we arrived at 9 pm for dinner on a Sunday we were put at a table next to the kitchen even though every other table was... available except one, so we moved ourselves to a better table. The waitress was lovely but had to track her down for ketchupafter waiting a while. Someone turned off all the tvs at 9:50 but website says they're open till 11pm, they even turned off mostof the lights at 9:50 except the ones above our table! ??? Read more
Good place to take the family. Food was good and the atmosphere was good for a family. The only thing I might complain about... was the service not checking up on us often, and we needed to flag them down for refills and what not. The service was stillgreat otherwise and still deserves 5 stars. Read more

Went in to get seated for 2. One seat was covered with the reminants of some kid's meal. Asked for the seat to be cleaned, but... it was just smeared all over the seat. Moved to another table but was rudely told that in 2 hours the whole section wasreserved. We just walked out without ordering. Went over to Original Joe's and had a good meal with a clean table and awesomeserver. Read more
