Short handed or got busy around 9:30 -ten right after they let one girl go home and she seen they needed help and she still left... her team mates hanging with a line outside to the door like busy! But never the less they pulled together to get us outta therebut the chick that came to help out solo Dolo over there had a attitude problem and wasn't very polite and that's the 2nd timethis week she's jus been Rude and rolling her fake lashes..... Even if uve had a bad day "take it from someone, who has workedat speedy stop in El Campo tx, " you tuck that stress n yo pocket and smile and work as a team with a A damn smile and thank youhave a nice day and apologize for the hold up..... This review is based solely on my experience and personal opinion. We went to this Subway on Monday 7/26/21. FOOD/ DRINKS: we... ordered two veggie sandwiches. foot-long 9 grains bread and a mix of vegetables and greens. it was good even though we did notget any cheese on top as we wanted. but still good. when we went they had no small size cup, so even if we paid for a small sizedrink, we ended up getting a large size drink (the only available that day). ICE: they have the good ice!!!! the have the smallcubes ice, that we love!!!! CLEANLINESS: the tables and benches were clean, but the floor wasn't. they had a whole bunch ofchips crumps, onions and some other stuff that you don't want to see while eating. (reason for the 4 stars). PLACE: The placeis small and cute. pretty neat I would say. they have tons of chips and the drinks station is shared with LOVE'S ( they are inthe same building). STAFF: there were 3 girls. the one that served us was nice, friendly and a big smile (she was earingglasses). she welcomed us, unlike the other girls, she was very pro-active and smart. she just misunderstood what we wanted soshe ended up putting a whole bunch of cheese on the bottom (while what we wanted was some cheese on the bottom and some on topof all the other ingredients. she gave us a good amount of napkins and said "thank you, buy". the girls that was at the cashregister wasn't nice and actually pretty dry and when our server told her they needed to clean the floor she replied "I'm notgoing to do that, I don't care". which is something that you don't want say in front of the customers. but obviously she reallydid not care. (this is a reason for the 4 stars). LOCATION: it is in the same building with the LOVE'S store. so you can usetheir restroom (very clean by the way) and their drinks station, very clean too. CONCLUSIONS: I would definitely go back thereand hope the manager reads this review of mine. Read more
Was open on a holiday when most everyone was closed. That gives them a five! Was clean and spacious with ample seating. The... staff was attentive. Typical Subway menu where everyone can get a sandwich exactly to their liking whatever freshly made. Andeven if you don't want a sandwich you can pick up a cookie for the road. Read more
