Toke 45 minutes to be able to speak at the speaker and another 10 minute to get at the window, rude customer service. Order a... chicken bacon ranch wrap and recieve a half empty wrap with eggs, cheese and tiny pieces of bacon. Ain't the first time ithappen. Read more

Waited half an hour in the drive thru. couldn?t get out of line because cars were backed up. Finally got to the speaker and it... took another 5 mins for them to take our order. Got to the window and paid, and she gave us our drinks. Coffee was cold, askedfor another one, was told (very rudely) it was cold because I had asked for cream and the cream is cold. I went here at your drive through to order a beverage, I ordered a medium iced cappuccino, my order price is affordable, the... personnel encountered here are very friendly, I drank my iced cappuccino, it's good to drink. The think I loved the less, mystraw included with my beverage is not a typical plastic straw, it's a carton one. Read more
Bought 10 packs of Hockey Cards tonight, and 2 of them only had 2 cards in them. Workers are stealing them. When told the... Supervisor, she said they don't steal them, and I said to check cameras.
