Dave checked us in at 3am after we had been driving for 12 hours in a blizzard. He was so kind and happy and made the check in... process so smooth. He helped us to our room and made sure there was nothing more we needed before we went to bed after ourstressful day. He checked us out 3 hours later after we had our ?nap? to continue our trek home and was just as chipper as whenwe checked in. He was the highlight of our long day and a true asset to the hotel. Great hotel. Staff were very nice and accommodating. The location is a short walking distance from many things in Edmunston,... including parks, churches, and restaurants. The only downside is that it's near the paper mill. A little odor could be smelledfrom the outside, but none inside. This didn't negatively impact our enjoyment of the place. Read more

We picked the Sheraton over other less expensive hotels in the area due to the Sheraton reputation. To say we were disappointed... is an understatement. The room had scratches all over the floor, the couch looked like a cat had clawed it. There was waterleftover in the ice bucket, the phone did not work, the conditioner dispenser was empty & the room had zero information aboutthe hotel & surrounding area. Most definitely not worth the price we paid since other hotels in the area were much cheaper.There was no complimentary continental breakfast at all. This all might sound petty but we expected more from a Sheraton hotel.One positive is that the staff at the front desk were friendly. Read more

Even though it was just one night, my family had a great time and experience with Ussam(a staff, hope its spelling is right)?s... amazing and professional help. It was almost midnight when we got there, but Ussam was super nice and friendly. It would havebeen less pleasurable if we didn?t get his heartwarming hospitality. The breakfast was also great with reasonable price ( $6 to$16 coffee included). The parking lot is easy to use since it is just right across the hotel on the ground. Other staffs,Michelle and an intern( she has a bright smile, sorry for my poor memory) were nice and treated guests very well. I reallyappreciate their kindness. The room was clean and well prepared. Pool was broken. Room was dirty, bathroom door was busted in and didn't close. Found dirty sock. AC extremely loud. Barely... slept. They had no complaint forms left at the time of check out. They then randomly charged my credit card the followingMonday. That was 3 weeks ago and I still have not had an explanation or refund. Read more
