It?s McDonalds so the expectations are not expecting a gourmet meal. But every time I go here I am asked to pull up into the... designated waiting parking spaces. And you can usually see 1 or 2 employees really busting their &$$ while 2 or 3 are outsidesmoking a cigarette. ( Just my observation ). The only reason I can even give a 2 star review is because the breakfast crew doesan amazing job. But after breakfast I would definitely not recommend this location. Read more

It's MacDonalds.. Hamburger patties that are less than a quarter of an inch thick, soggy buns, sandwiches that look like they... were put together by six year olds what else can I say... Oh yeah, they probably need a raise to about $25 an hour then maybethey can get the sandwiches put together correctly, and get your order correct the first time... Read more
I went to McDonald's in Greensburg Kentucky. While the food was fresh as always in service was good, the only problem I really... have with McDonald's I've noticed since moving to Kentucky especially in Greensburg , The team members are lying down in theback of the restaurant where customers also sit by the bathrooms some are sleeping and snoring others have their shoes up andtheir feet over the furniture. This to me is not allowed in a restaurant it looks awful for the business and disrespectful tothe customers. The team members are not at home so they should not behave like they are at home if they are tired let them gohome and go to bed do not let them sleep in your restaurant it looks disgusting. And I am a fan of McDonald's especially youriced coffees. Read more
My family and I stopped here on our way through to MO and it was awful. The place was dirty, the employees were rude, and the... sodas were flat and gross (I tried several ones and the were all the same). Also, the tea dispenser didn't have a lid (seepicture). That's disgusting. I'd suggest stopping at another exit. Read more

My husband and I come through drive thru most mornings usually for 2 Large sweet tea light ice because we want it slightly... chilled but not watered down when the ice melts. (Sometimes we get sandwiches) but every single time without fail it?s NEVERLIGHT ice. This morning (November 10, 2022) whoever was in the second drive thru window was rude. Yesterday I corrected hernicely and that was that. Today, however, she confirmed we had purchased the sweet teas and when she seen me her face kind ofdropped. Never said another word not even a ?thank you? or ?have a good day? or anything. We settled on regular ice in our teasbecause we didn?t feel the need to be complicated but she was very rude and obviously does not read her screen fully because Iseen my screen and the woman (Cheyenne Gumm) had taken it correctly - it did indeed say light ice - but we never get light icein the actual tea. (*one woman in front drive does do it correctly but I have yet to see her name tag to put in a good word. Shewears her butt length hair in ponytails all the way down the length.. she always does super light ice. She is the only one*) Read more
