Worth the drive and delicious every time! I?m not sure how many times I?ve gone now but it?s quickly turned into a go to... breakfast place when I have extra time. You really can?t go wrong with any of the menu items as they have all been great to myexperience and from others I?ve talked to. The only complaint I could have is that I wish they were open longer and/or openevery day but I understand why they probably don?t as well. Was blessed with a bunch of pretzels from this place for my birthday, and well I have nothing but much praise for this place.... Soft pretzels with thst perfect amount of chew to them, salty, buttery. I couldn't have asked for anything better, except formore pretzels! Read more
Best place to get pretzels in the city. Made fresh to order, so they're warm when you get them. Often lined up, especially on... weekends, buzzers given so you can wait in your car. Pretzel bun sandwiches are delicious. I wish they would move to a largerlocation to accommodate their crowd of customers. Read more
Great prices and great pretzels!! The food here is absolutely phenomenal and I recommend it to everyone. However, this Thursday... evening when my partner and I came in the girl behind the till was on her phone and it was kind of awkward because we literallyhad to wait for her to put it down? it felt like we were inconveniencing her. When we were called to get our food the girlgrabbed the buzzer from my partner and threw it into the bin as through she was frustrated after my partner told her to have anice day (she didn?t reply back only threw the buzzer down). I can?t say I haven?t encountered rude employees here beforebecause that would be a lie but it?s never been like that? the only thing I would change about this place would be the generalattitude of the employees otherwise it would be a full 5+++ stars Read more

I'm from out of town so every time I'm in Edmonton I try my best to stop by. Today, I got a dusted sour cream onion, basic salt... & butter bag o nubs, chili cheese dip & honey mustard dip. All for $9. SO GOOD. UNREAL! Most mall pretzels places are twice thatwith the same amount of food and Zwick's is insanely fresh and 10x better. I've had both their cheese dips now & they've bothbeen lack luster, not much flavor. Their honey mustard was easily the best honey mustard I've ever had so it makes up for theokay cheese dips. I wish so badly this was open all the time but going out of my way and scheduling around making it therebefore 3pm is worth it. Staff always seems nice and busy. Read more
