I?ve visited this location a few times and every time wonder why I return (proximity is the answer to this). Ive given so many... chances to this location because I work nearby, and today I laughed when I opened my meal. I received literally 4 tiny 1/2 inchrock hard pieces of chicken (which you pay extra for) in my meal and every time I order it?s swimming in way too much sauce. Mycolleague?s fried rice was just dripping in sauce and looked awful. They never have more than one employee and I?ve regularlywaited for more than 15 minutes without complaint (as not the employees fault) and the food is never very good. For a 10 dollarhalf order I would expect more than a crumb of protein. Avoid this location. Read more

I went to pick it up and used the washroom.. very dirty. I instantly had a bad feeling, like the rest of the restaurant wasn?t... clean. I paid for the won ton soup and it wasn?t very good at all. The bean sprouts were old and brown, the broth was grey incolour, the won tons looks freezer burnt? I got a few bites in and threw it out. Don?t go here at night. Not sure about the day staff but the night guy hates his job and doesn?t follow simple instructions. I... asked for the chicken to be well done and he cooked it and handed to me under 2 minutes. Chicken looks like it wasn?t evencooked. Its always bad customer service at this location. Read more
Love the food, always hot and fresh. They also deliver via "skip the dishes" which is handy. The service at this location is... quick and friendly. I really like the ginger beef rice bowl and jungle lemongrass with chicken. I usually ordered the regularsize, and I am pretty full. For me, it's enough portion and I usually eat lots of food. My husband and I love Wok box, for several months I have ordered this one and the meals are not good. Did not put all the... ingredients inside or when you paid extra did not give it to you. his situations happen with each order. their portion is nowtoo small. The ingredients are missing. In addition they refuse to reimburse you. if you order this wok box I advise you to takeanother wok box you will see the difference.
