I tried to buy dog bites around 12:30 nn . And again they said Dog bitz is not available.. why it?s always not available? I... tried to buy dog bitz everytime I?m in west Ed but in my 5 consecutive visit they were always no dog bitz ? owner of this stallshould do something about this. Read more
If your product Is not available, you should put not available sign or out of stock. If your inline then when you reached the... counter they will tell you they don't have it !!!! Pls remove the dog bites in your menu if your not going to sell it- ithappens most of the time. Read more
I got the pizza pretzel bites and the regular pretzel bites. Delicious and fresh! I'm bias as I love pretzels but these were hot... and fresh, staff was friendly and even with longer lines it went quickly :) Read more
45 minutes before the mall was closing, I tried to buy a cheese pretzel. I was told there were only pizza and plain ones left.... My friend who has eaten there more than once informed me that they should have made it for me but were being lazy because themall was closing in 45 minutes. This was very disappointing. Finally got a chance to try this Wetzel?s Pretzels out since being in Edmonton. A huge fan of this franchise since visiting LA... few years back so was very happy to see it here in Edmonton (thought they were only in the states!) I actually drove fromToronto to Michigan just to get Wetzel?s from a mall over there because it was the closest location to me and I was supercraving it at the time! That goes to tell you how much I love Wetzel?s! Brought my friends over to try it because they onlyheard good things and finally decided to give Wetzel?s Pretzels a try. We all got my personal favourite the cheddar Jalapeñowith the cheese dipping sauce. My only request which was gladly fulfilled by the friendly and welcoming workers there, was Iwanted a fresh pretzel made from scratch. (It?s what makes the Cheddar jalapeño one taste so good, you need to try it fresh outthe oven!) They understood and respected my dilemma and Leah the worker there got to making our order fresh from the oven!Special thanks to her and amazing work from the team over there at the west Edmonton Mall location. I bought the almond crunch wetzel bitz. Most of them were still doughy and undercooked. No wonder, because they were cut... unevenly. What a waste of money! Read more
