Was so excited to dine in at this brand new Wendy's location and was thoroughly disappointed. Warning to all - eat elsewhere. We... ate in on a Saturday morning, around 11:30AM. Every single table in the restaurant was dirty. Food was all cold and staletasting. Floor was sticky literally everywhere. Lettuce and tomato on our burgers was laughably small. If I could pick 0 stars I would this location doesn?t even deserve a minimum 1 star there lack of customer service is by far the... worst Iv seen. My order is NEVER right and I mean NEVER. Almost everytime they are out of something I want to order like frostysor strawberry lemonade are very common menu items they never have. Once again this location has screwed up my order . Usually I drive home and then realize that I am missing some of my order .... Today I stopped right at the window and checked . Of course my order was incorrect . I proceeded to go to the window to tellthem they made a mistake on my order and the staff was very very rude to me . After a brief argument about what I actuallyordered they reluctantly gave me my correct order . I told them this is about the forth time in a row they messed up my orderand it?s very frustrating . Instead of trying to make it right with the customer they just didn?t say anything at all . I havenever seen anything like this. Ordered a coffee. The cashier/manager potential owner, did not look happy to serve me. Gave me a grin while the other lady that... made the coffee gave me a smile. The coffee is NOT good here. It looked like coffee but it tasted bland. Had maybe 1/4 cup andpoured the rest. McDonald's and Tim Hortons coffee is way better! Read more

Salads aren't made to order, and even made in the morning, beware you'll get soggy salad that isn't fresh. Even when asked prior... to ordering, it was a lie. See picture of what I picked out what I saw on top part of the container prior to eating. I've hadfreshly premade salads that was made in the morning from other fast food chains, this is definitely not freshly made in themorning or it wasn't stored properly, which could cause contamination. In addition, when I asked to upgrade my salad to thefull size at the window, they refused to do it. They are just too lazy to put the salad into a larger container to add and makeit into the full size. They can't even do this, what could you expect from quality of food and services. Customer service reallyspeaks for itself. Don't expect anything good inside the kitchen and out. They need better management. Update: After finishingmy salad, at least 1/4 of my vegetables needs to be thrown out. Will never come back to this location again. Read more
