Really like this place I've been going to the story children's hospital for 5 years now and will continue for the rest of my... kids life ,the staff are great ,usually super busy all the time . I think this Wendy's/Tim Horton needs a full time security guard. I've been there several times and each time there's been one... per more unruly patrons. The counter staff were very nice and provided quick service. And if driving, do pay attention to thesigns about leaving the Wendy's property, I did see parking tickets on cars. Read more
Food is fine but the service is insanely slow, which wouldn?t bother me as much if my window for lunch wasn?t so small. With the... hospital across the street, I would expect service at this location to be decidedly efficient and speedy. It is exactly theopposite, which makes it a challenge to shoot down quickly while the patient I?m supporting is otherwise occupied. Read more
Had their breakfast sandwiches the breakfast Baconator had them put extra sausage patties on each of them for both of us, it... really amps up the sandwich , very tasty plus their sausage has a little spice on the back end that is very nice and theirpotato wedges that they serve instead of hash browns like everyone else are amazing, that is probably one of the best fast foodbreakfast I've ever had and my wife thinks so as well. The food we ordered was very good,the fountain pop was out of order but they gave you quite a few options to choose from in... replace of it.They have booth seating and table seating.A bonus is that Tim Horton's is on the other side of the counter,soyou can go to one or both. Read more
Horrible service, was talked to very rudely by a manager, then another employee because I asked why my mobile order was taking... so long. No fork or knife given for my baked potato. There was something on the bottom of the bag that got all over the tablewhen I set it down (see picture) Read more
Literally ran out of mayo. And could only serve certain things. I asked for wrap and they gave me a burger. They don't care... about hospitality because people in the waiting room for loved ones in hospital will still put up with anything they throw atthem. I pray you never have to come here. Read more
Food was fine. But for a busy location attached with a Tim Hortons they needed to have more than one person taking orders and... packing orders etc. Would benefit from a security guard ..which I'm sure roams the lot for vehicles there longer than an hour,but fails to move long unruly people from inside and out. This is sometimes the only food choice for hospital patrons orconstruction workers around. Read more
