Their pretty good. Wait awhile in the drive threw, but the food you can't complain about. I've now asked to modify my burger a... few times now and they completely ignored what I asked or they "forgot" however it's fast food and it's timed so I understand. Read more
Amazing food... rotten ronnies has nothing on these fries.. super crispy, delicious fries cooked to crisp, fluffy, perfection!... Nuggets to die for, and the burgers are as good as ever, service was super fast also, great people, absolutely loved it!! Read more
I have been going to Wendy's for years and love the burgers and fries. It is my go to place for fast food. I noticed the last... few months it is the slowest place for fast food. We go into 13138- 50th street and there were about 3 people waiting for theirorder and so I stood at the order area. Waited 5 minutes and staff was walking by but about 6 to 7 people busy putting orderstogether for the drive through and some making the burgers. Even the people that were waiting for their orders waited a longtime so we decided to leave. So we had to go to Sherwood park and said lets go to Wendy's there and again same thing I cantbelieve that they cater to the drive thru and skip the dishes and not the dine ins. So again we left and went to fat burger. Iwould understand if there is a line up but there isn't. I truly think that the head office needs to train their staff a bitbetter. To my understanding all customers should be important not just the drive through and skip the dishes. Read more

They messed everything up, we got three random burgers, (which were supposed to be baconators) and got just 3 mystery burgers in... return. We didn?t not get at all what we paid for and are pretty sure we over paid for some normal burgers, but we were laughingtill crying the entire time, 10/10 will go back for more mystery bag burgers???????????? Slow, and poor accuracy. I ordered a cheeseburger and spicy chicken. Both took a while and when I sat down found my burger was... in fact a second spicy chicken wrapped in a burger wrapper. I didn't bother to get the error fixed. I had been waiting almost 10minutes and there were 6 other customers behind me. Never coming to this Wendys again. Read more
Says open until 12 pm in the drive through but infact they stop taking orders quite earlier while you can see the staff sitting... inside chatting waiting to go home. Read more
