Good food. Good service. Wish drink prices were lower so I could take advantage of the Coca-Cola Freestyle machine more often.

This has been my go to wendys since I was a kid and my uncle took me here first in the 90s on a trip to west edmonton mall. I've... lived in the west end for quite a while as and adult and have been to this location numerous times. The staff have always beenfriendly and great, never once had any issue. One time they wouldn't sell me their baked potatoes because they were too old.That's good service in my books, after eating stale filet o fishes from mcdonalds so often I really wish they had the samestandards. The baked potatoes are delicious and cheap, the chili is always good and a spicy chicken burger can't be beat. I'vetried their breakfast and the biscuits are delicious, absolutely amazing, so flaky and amazing. The egg is okay, i prefer amcdonalds egg, still good. The susage is nice too, just ask for ketchup or they don't give you any with breakfast. Read more

I ordered apple pecan chicken salad and grilled chicken ceasar salad via drive thru. When I got home I don't have pecans and... ranch dressing! It happened not once but several times in this branch. Poor service Read more
I wanted a "special build" - your words not mine. I ordered gravy cheese fries (no chili). They did fill my to-go order in a... timely manner - but when I delivered it, had no napkins or fork to eat the fries with. Sorry I put you out - how you made mefeel. Read more
Not what I expected from the fast food giant... Could have been better. Cold food, confused service. Rude manager.
