Got my dips wrong even when I confirmed... I'm sad Also, compared to the Wendy's in Beaumont this is a solid 2/10. Chicken... nuggets are a joke compared to how fresh and crispy they come out in Beaumont. I'd say take some hints ;) true reflection of theowners and staff, will not be returning. I walked in and I was still looking at the menu and the woman kept going are u ready yet I said I am still looking then she did... it again and kept doing it. I felt very rushed. The chilli I had was runny as can be I have had Wendy's chili before and itwasn't like this. Looked more like diarrhea. I asked the staff for a pack of crackers for the chilli and she's like we don'thave that but I have gotten them from other locations. Absolutely horrible customer service. Avoid this location the staff isjust rude and customer service stinks and they can't even make a batch of chilli right. This occurred on November 9 2022 around1:30 pm MST. Read more
Now this is good management! The staff are happy and place is clean. The manger can be found working the takeout window during... lunch hour. The order is alway right, napkins in every bag, even a knife with your salad. This is uncommon with drive throughthese days. Hats off to this Wendy?s. Great management shows. Read more

Spontaneous stop at this brand new Wendy's and what a good choice it was! Super clean and esthetically pleasing, I thought upon... entering that this might be our new Go-To place for us. After eating their food, I KNEW it! The baked potato was delicious andmy chicken cranberry apple blue cheese salad was AMAZING!!Honestly...it was one of the best salads I've ever had...AND it was avery generous size! My hubby had the basic burger and fries and said it was good too. Being an Ancient One, I had troublefiguring out the new automatic drink dispenser, so the young lady, who was polite and friendly, quickly came to my rescue! WeWILL be back! Read more

I was driving to work, thought I would stop here and get dinner. Ordered a burger, baked potato (sour cream and chive) and a... large iced tea. Partially through the order the lady stops me and says please wait. I patiently wait, then she says ok whatwould you like? So I tell her what I want and she says drive to the window. I pull up to the window she says, 1 baconator? 1baked potato with chives and sour cream? And one large iced tea? I say yes, she tells my total. I pay and wait for the food anddrink. She passes me a small iced tea. I ask is this large? She says oh yes I will give you a large and takes back the smalliced tea. Then she hands me my bag of food and I drive away. If you are going to confirm what I've ordered, don't give me thewrong item(s)! I find out later, the baked potato has no sour cream! Not a big deal! But, how hard is it to get an ordercorrect? As much as I always love a good spicy chicken burger combo, I cant help but notice how thin they have become over the years. I... remember the days when you you actually see the meat throught out the whole chicken patty. Eating out isnt a healthy option butide feel alot less guilty of it was more than just the chicken batter. However the fries are extra delicious lately. Win some,lose some. This is one of my favorite Wendy's locations, I always order something for my puppy and it's always given to me in anice container w a knife. I always felt that was rather considerate.
