I ordered the 15" 7 lbs pizza as I wanted to order it for a special occasion (bday) and I finally got to try it! It's big, it's... beautiful, it won't leave you hungry. The pizza sauce is also very delicious. Best part of all? The pizza tasted just as good 3days later! I ate the whole f'n thing eventually. Would like to try other pizzas from Versatos now. Read more
It wasn?t my choice to order here. My husband thought he?d try something different and was, for some reason, unperturbed by the... rather shocking cost of their ?thick? pies ($30 each). I guess he thought the pricier the better? I can?t speak for theHawaiian pizza, but the vegetarian was mostly just boring cheese. And by mostly, I mean, the cheese was thicker than the entirepizza. As a result, it was super greasy? dripping with grease? way too greasy (and I say this as someone raised on Regina-stylepizza). The sauce and crust were pretty good and there was a semi-decent helping of toppings per slice, but, yeah? mostly justcheese and grease. I mean, anyone can toss a bunch of cheese on a pizza and call it a ?thick? pizza. It was not worth 30$. Iwill not order here again. Read more
Versato's Pizza is simply AMAZING. I have been meaning to try this place because friends told me about it. I don't know why I... waited so long? The Pizzas we ordered were the "T-Rex Thick Pizza" which has pepperoni, ham, beef, salami, bacon and mozzarella.As you could tell in the photo, the toppings are loaded and boy is it tasty! A few slices will fill you up for sure. The secondpizza we ordered was the "Hawaiian thin pizza" which is actually more like a regular size pizza. It was also very good. I highlyrecommend getting the thick pizzas! What you pay for the pizzas is well worth it! I will definitely be back! P.S. The pizza isquite heavy. ???? Read more
I definitely recommend this place. Loved both of the pizzas we got and the price in my opinion was reasonable for what we got.... The gentleman we dealt with at the counter was very friendly and nice. There are few issues that I think could take these pizzasto the next level and make this place a 5-star. First about the location. It could truly could use some touch-ups to make thisplace look a bit nicer and more inviting. Maybe adding more lights, rearranging the stuff and updating their menu that isattached at the top of the counter. I don't know how much all of these would cost but the way it is right now the physicallocation is not nicest looking and can be slightly off-putting. About the pizzas, I think the amount of ingredients in thepizzas were amazing and it was tasty. However, given that I went with their "The Big One" and Versato's special withoutpineapple, I expected to see a bigger variety in ingredients than just mostly deli meat. I just wish there was a bit less meatbut more of other ingredients like the mushrooms and green pepper and maybe more shrimp and ofc, I'd love it even more if therewas even more cheese. As you can see from the photos, there is a healthy amount of cheese on the pizza already, but relative tothe size and thickness of the pizza, I feel personally I'd enjoy it more with a bit more cheese proportional to the thickness ofthe pizza! Last but not least, given the ingredients in the pizza it is expected for it to be slightly on the saltier sidebecause of all the saltiness coming out of the meats used in it, and I just wanted to say that I'm not sure if they add any saltto any other ingredients but if they do, I think the taste will be a lot more balanced if they don't add any extra saltelsewhere. I'll definitely go back and get pizza from these guys again even though my commute to this place and back is morethan an hour for me ???? P.S. a bit more pizza sauce maybe in the middle of ingredients would make it even nicer! Read more
Great place for a take out pizza. Not really a sit down restaurant. Ordered the T-Rex pizza. Was a huge meaty tasty pizza. Must... have a good inch of meat and cheese. Had good flavor and crust was slightly crunchy. Staff was friendly and courteous. Priceseemed high till I seen how thick topping was. Then it seemed reasonable. Read more
Small place with seating for about 5. Came for the extra thick pizza that is unique. They have pizza by the slice at 5.25. Free... WiFi is across the street via McDonald's. They take credit. About a 20 minute wait but it should be worth it. Expensively pricedbut for the size you get what you pay for. Pizza tasted nothing special. Lots of meat for the t Rex pizza. Might try somethingelse to get more flavor out of the pizza but it was well crafted. Read more
My son brought this pizza home after hearing from his work buddies how amazing it was.. and the size of it was ????????Huge..... but the taste was even better.. price was very Reasonable.. lots of flavour.. and no shortage of toppings.. we had the TRex...wewill be back.
