My sister ordered for the family. The quality of the maki that we got was not an enjoyable experience. The avocado was over... ripe. The quality of the rice was inconsistent. Good food but I paid extra for noodles and they gave me rice.. didn?t offer refund or to take it back or anything so I was kinda... upset. I?m not a big fan of rice so it was disappointing they didn?t offer to replace their own mistake. I also felt a littlejudged as I came in around 4 when I haven?t eaten since 5am earlier that day? lady was ?oh your really hungry? in a superjudgmental way, even said ?rice is healthier for you anyway? when they messed up my order, like???? I?m pregnant and a littlebig right now so I felt super judged and she?s probably fat phobic. But do people eat before they get food now a days?????????needs way way way better customer service.
