Had the Teriyaki chicken rice bowl with added beef. Was really good. You still have to ask for hot sauce which they give you... in little containers. You can still serve your own water though, so thays good. Read more
The food was very cheaply and poorly made. The cost seems to be less than 1/4 the price for everything they serve. The meal is... not worth the money at all. Too much rice, very little meat, and uncooked vegetables in the platter. For dine-in they gave me aplastic to-go bowl. They did not bother giving me a glass or a straw of any sort with my beverage. Often go after my work, around 8 pm. Sometimes I take out, sometimes I eat in the restaurant. They close at 10:30. Not sure why... the sweeping and mopping the floor has to be done at 8-8:30. August 29, 2022 I ordered the Monday special which is the Teriyaki Beef in a bowl. Definitely the serving is way less than... before. There's too much sauce, the beans proud salad is way too salty! So my rating goes from a 4 to a 3 ? rating. 2nd visit - 4 ? rating Ordered 2 bento meals One with salmon and theother with beef. My friend and I both enjoyed our meal. I appreciate the freshness of the dishes. Definitely a big change frommy 1? rating over a year ago to a 4? rating! There must have been a change in management. I hope this place can maintain thequality of their menu. 2020 - 1? rating August 2020 I have come to realized, the udon noodle soup on special during Thursday,the chicken they serve is day old. This is a perfect example of how to lose a customer. I often go there for lunch, at least once a week when I am at work. Staffs... ate amazing. Says on the door, buy 110 $ gift car for $100. Wantes to buy . Stupid rule, you can't use on the same day. What ascrewd way to sell gift cards. No wonder lost the customer for ever who would come at least once every week. Read more
Good food and very friendly service. However, suddenly increasing nearly everything on the menu by $2 (on almost all the $9.99... rolls, a 20% increase) thinking customers won’t notice isn’t going to work. Starting to adopt full-service restaurantpricing without the restaurant quality and variety of food. Their original response to my review doesn’t acknowledge my mainpoint, that fish hasn’t suddenly increased by 20% and neither has the average price of sushi rolls in similar restaurants, butthey have at Tokyo. The promotions are nice to have but if I go to a Japanese restaurant, sushi is my go-to. This shows howthey’re profit-driven as opposed to quality-driven. Read more
