Staff were great very friendly but management has no right to treat the employees like garbage especially in front of customers.... Yelling at people for asking for help is uncalled for and should not be permitted. Everyone needs help sometimes. Staff shouldnot have to put up with this kind of abuse and disrespect from people in higher positions. Work should be a safe place notsomewhere you are constantly walking on eggshells. This matter should be dealt with I do not enjoy going for a coffee and havingto listen to people be screamed at by someone. Read more
Worst customer service ever. The guy wearing eyeglasses was just rude. He served with attitude and sarcasm. If people need time... to think, let them think as to what they want to order--don't rush them. It wasn't even busy. Literally, there was no one elsein line. Read more
