I usually don't complain but the last 2 times I've been here 100% order not right not just one thing wrong but everything.... Bagles had barely any cream cheese even tho I asked for extra also paid for bacon, nope none on there, ice coffee looked noteven stured half white half coffee. Employees need to start caring. Probably one of the worst Tim Hortons in the city. Too often they don't actually have the items on the menu, but they won't... tell you that when you place the order, they wait until you pull up to the window after waiting 15 minutes in a 3 car line up.Terrible service majority of the time and this is the final straw. This place has its good days and it has some bad days. On good days, service is awesome, but on bad days you can expect to... have a considerable wait, and going through the drive through, it is not uncommon for the attendants to interrupt your ordermid sentence. Also, it seems that you get wrong orders. Backing up can sometimes take a bit as this is a very busy location. Read more
Decent service out there always has cheaper gas. Pizza is also sold by the slice from Pizza 73. Coffee ,breakfast wraps or what... ever is avilable at Tims always ready on time and served fresh by the staff thank you. Read more
This location is very poorly run. What a disaster! I have never NOT had a problem when ordering here. From incorrect drink and... food orders, to missing items and terrible service. This time we waited for 20 mins after the drive through just to come home tothe wrong food AND our drinks weren't made right. The crispy chicken (we ordered grilled) looked like it had been roasting forseveral hours, it was rock hard. Today was the last straw - NEVER again. Read more
I'm not to sure what happened to TH,but they mess up your coffee orders more and more everyday.It does not seem to matter which... one you go to,they are all the same. It turns out that they seem to be more concern with how long you are at their window. Assoon as you get to the window they shove that debit machine in your face and can't wait to get rid of you. Now I understand thatit's important that they keep the line moving,however you should take the time to get the orders right. Read more
Not impressed with this Tim Hortons! 2 days on a row I got a chewy bagel with barely any cream cheese on it. They must be trying... to save money with their cream cheese! Very poorly done fellas, very poorly done! Read more
