Consistent bad experiences. I can deal with mistakes, but not when asked to park out front for 10+ minutes only to receive cold... coffee, wrong food, wrong sizes, etc. They'll take your order and end up making you repeat everything because they weren'tpunching it in. I don't blame the staff, they're clearly overwhelmed and have poor management. I'll be going to the Tim's 1minute down the road instead. UPDATE: In a moment of weakness I went back to this Tims. After ordering a bacon and eggbreakfast sandwich (no cheese no butter) we received an EGG AND ROAST BEEF sandwich...with BUTTER AND CHEESE. I take back what Isaid about the staff, it takes true effort to mess up orders as miserably as they do. Read more

We seen the screen. We know what we ordered and paid for. Went for a coffee tea and ice cap with 2 donuts They tried to only... give us only one donut even though we paid for 2 and then we got the wrong donuts Then they gave us a large coffee instead ofan xl Then they tried to tell us they already gave us the tea (they did not) I wasn't going to say anything about the coffeecuz I already complained about the donuts and I honestly hate complaining because honestly i get it customer service is hard butthen they tried to argue and say they gave us the tea when they didn't. So I was like OK now that you've made me complain twicebecause the tea and donuts were for my friend because it was her birthday, I want my XL coffee I paid for cuz I'm extra grumpynow and they literally dumped it into a bigger cup and added more coffee so my triple triple turned into a double double and Ijust didn't even have the energy to continue so we carried on our way with our wrong orders *side note in all the confusion of3 drinks 2 people a small car the donuts hit the dirt too :) Read more

This place needs a serious overhaul. Every single employee is rude, they can?t get the order even slightly right or if they do... it?s old and crusty. We do everything we can to avoid this one despite it being 1 block from work. Read more

Only location I've seen that has a self-serve kiosk like McDonald's does but if you use the customization options on a menu... item, the staff seem to get confused or say they can't do it unlike McDonald's. Not even worth using Read more

Today , I ordered 2 chicken burgers from the store , one burger is ok but the another one chicken patty is not cooked properly,... I told that thing to the employees work their and they ignored my concern , I totally disappointed from the service by TimHorton , please hire some responsible employees who atleast hear customer complaint and try to fix it . Good location for me, BUT that's about all that's good at this Tim's Drive-thru. wow, Never understand my order. and there... simple orders. Today Turkey / Bacon meal. (Meal mean with drink & Side) But once I say I will have a Turkey / Bacon Meal, theysay OK Thank you, I have to say don't you want to know what I want for the drink & Side. Get someone that knows their menu, andsomeone that can speak English or understand English. I don't care what there back ground is, But you should have to be able tobe able to understand, what the customer is asking for.
