I usually avoid Tim's because the quality can vary from restaurant to restaurant but this one is pretty consistent. Never had... missing items and every donut has been surprisingly fresh. Today @930 am I came & ordered a small ice cap made with oat milk with a shot of espresso. After ordering, I got to the window.... & they had an iced coffee there. I said that?s not what I ordered. After paying for this iced coffee. They made me also pay forthe iced cap. When I asked for a refund for the iced coffee. She said they didn?t do that. Definitely avoid this Tim?s. Encountered a very bad situation today where a restaurant manager shouted at her own employee due to her "incompentence",... clearly does not know how to handle her emotions neither give a calm advice to her coworkers on her mistakes when it was merelyspilling a coffee, both a working hazard to the workplace as this employee may continue to make mistakes due to not being givena proper feedback and also possibly being absent minded with her own breakdowns, managers should always be calm minded andrespect their employees as well. This location carries lots of specialty items including donuts and drinks. They also carry the entire sandwich line. This is a... very busy location and there are lots of tables for sitting and eating. The drive thru is convenient too. There is free wifi tooso you can enjoy your stay. The parking lot can get busy. I waited in the drive thru for just under an hour between 10:02 and 10:58 am on Saturday Oct 15, 2022. I felt like I was being... held hostage. I don't know if they were growing the potatoes or short staffed or under supplied or what, but it wasunacceptable. People had to get to work, drop their kids off at weekend sports, it's just unreal. I hope that corporate sees theperformance. It was abysmal. I've spent 5 years managing stores with over $4M in annual volume and I've never seen such adisplay of malaise and lethargy towards the customer experience. Avoid this location at all costs.
