I've been coming to this location for years and it has never improved and it's time to leave a review about it. Anytime I place... a mobile order, I give them at least 10 to 15 minutes prior to arriving. When I arrive I expect the coffees to be waiting thereand maybe even cooling down slightly so I can start drinking them. They NEVER are. I walk in the door I have to tell them I'mthere for a mobile order and then they start to make them, sometimes after making other orders first. This is not the point of amobile order you make it when you get it not when you have the customer standing in front of you. If I wanted it when I wasstanding in front of you I would order when I get there and stand and wait patiently. It's hard to be patient when you should beable to walk in and pick up your coffee, hence the mobile order. When I address this to the lady she was very rude. Old andshort hair. Probably should have retired a long time ago so I understand why she's grumpy but she shouldn't be grumpy towardsthe customers that have done their part to ensure that their order is ready on time. Did not care about costumes ???? today I asked two hapino begal one with cream cheese and eggs other with sossage and eggs,cream... cheese then they gave me normal begal it's ohful taste I don't know other I gave to my wife she didn't tell me about thatbecause we were in drive through really disappointed charge me $13 something I'm not happy about it also they are not givingreceipts why? Very stupid staff. They are laughing at customers orders. Making fun of them infront of them. Evening staff they dont know how... to greet and treat customers who paid money. They don?t know how to wrap the food. Worst experience Read more
I?ve never been so disappointed in my life with the lack of customer service in this Tim Hortons? Not only did we wait 8 mins to... order when we were literally the only people standing inside? But they messed up on our order and refused to fix it claiming ?wedon?t do refunds? This is beyond ridiculous? DON'T place an app order for pick-up if you expect it to be ready...you will still wait FOREVER! Travel the distance and go the... the Hollick Kenyon. Too many times I've had to wait...I even gave them an extra 10 mins and my order of 2 coffee and Timbitswas not ready. Read more
Swung through the drive through for a coffee. Staff member did not greet me as she was too busy chatting with a coworker. She... simply shoved the debit terminal at me, and seemed annoy when I presented my QR code. No good bye either. Coffee was fine Read more
Terrible service?my 5 yr old daughter ordered strawberry smoothie and she said it was extremely sweet she barely drink it and... when I try it yes it was only sugar you can taste and no strawberry flavor at all. I told the crew and she sarcasticallyanswered me of course it?s sweet because it was made with syrup, I showed it to her that I am throwing an almost full cup ofsmoothie which I paid $4. Read more
Came through this morning to get some breakfast before work. Normally, the staff are exceptional. Respectful, polite, and have... decent customer service. I used to work at a coffee fast food chain so I understand being overworked and underpaid but Iwould?ve gotten fired in a second if I had the rudeness of the man that served me today. Not a single word was spoken to me, Iam always very nice in drive thrus because I understand what it is like on the other side. I said good morning and asked him howhe was, and said thank you for everything he passed to me. Not a single word. Glared at me. I then said ?thank you I hope youhave a good day? and I had the window shut in my face. I understand not being cheery and wanting to get everything out tocustomers as fast as you can but I don?t think you should work in customer service if you can?t even be slightly polite to whoyou are serving.
