The absolute worst location in Edmonton. Everyone in this store is rude except one older lady. Can never get an order right and... wait 15-20 mins every single time in drive through. Such a terrible customer experience. Took 10 mins to order inside store and no one was infront of me. They were just busy... fulfilling drive through customers. Then another 15 mins to serve my order. I think instore customers have no value forthem. Added this location to my NO GO list. Read more
ZERO Stars please. Worst Tim?s ever *two drive thru lane* but don?t know how to run the lines. Went tonight for a simple order. I was just about the only guy there.The employees were very slow and ended up messing up the... order. Hot chocolate was just water and ice cap needed more sweetner. Employee seemed untrained and clueless. Read more

I don?t normally go to Tim Hortons because I always had bad experience with their customer service. But last night, they... surprised me I was so shocked to see the big difference in the customer service. The guy working last night, he took my ordervery politely and even greeted me after handing me my drink with a big smile on his face. I forgot to ask his name as he wasbusy with the work.
