The staff are poorly trained customer service as they always wear a miserable faces when delivering orders. They always use 2... high chairs to block the washrooms in the evening saying the washrooms are not available even asked to use. We very often do bigorder to drink and eat but not allow to 'let it go' there. How ridiculous it is!!!! Dont be cheap. We are not cheap to tip anddonate as doing frequently guys. Read more
I and my family went to Tims in the evening on Thursday Sep 8th 2022 at 7:10pm. This place was my very frequent stop for not... only me but also my family members. However, I was unsastisfied with the service I received today. I ordered 3 drinks andbagel. Then I asked for a half medium cup of hot warter to heat milk for my infant baby. A young Philipino lady refused to serveand then ask me to pay extra $.20 cents for that. Why is it so mean just for the water?. I?ve just wondered the staff weretrained to charge everything even the hot water that the infant needs to warm milk??? She also forgot my bagel until I came toask for my bagel. She did the bagel that was not as good as I am having everyday here. Read more
Well....... Don't know what to say. Maybe an off day, rough point in the day..... Service was worse then slow. Order accuracy... for the orders we placed took a long time to get done and not exact. Staff seemed more interested in drive through thenworrying about the front in person line. Staff when serving us were more almost disgusted to have to deal with real people thenhappy. Read more
This tim hortons is the worst they make you wait at the drive through just so there corporate times are met they make you wait... to order to cheat the system make it look like they are serving customer fast. But in reality customer just waits to order for along period of time Read more
Love the Biebs line but the waffle tim biebs has change since the original line up. It used to be my fave. Also when the Biebs... line first came out they substituted regular timbits instead of timbiebs without notification. I was disappointed several times.When I confronted Tim Hortons about it their only comment was that they ran out and when I asked about why they didn't notify methey were speechless. They should have given me a a choice to keep the order or not to and not just force something on mewithout notification. Read more
Always Quick service from drive Tru. Friendly and happy staff. The closest Tim hourtons to the Edgemont area, hence gets alot of... patronage. Read more
