I honestly don?t have high expectations for a fast food place but it did well for me. The space was clean, trash was taken out... unlike what other reviews say, staff were kind enough while I was deciding on what food I was going to get. This place honestlyexceeded my expectations. Though there is something I?m a tad bit concerned about. My looked great but it felt like it wasmicrowaved. That is ok but it just makes me question how fresh the comments inside are. Read more
I am Veteran, I no longer wear a Uniform, 0620 hrs November 11th 2022. I entered this location showed my Veteran ID for the... free coffee ( with intent to order more ) the Staff including Supervisors were not pass on this information. This morning the person who was taking the orders via drive thru was so aggressive and almost shouted at me !! Just because I... asked for extra cinnamon in my tea , she was like WHAT CINNAMON IT DOESN'T COME WITH CINNAMON!!! For the restaurant type, fast food, this location isn?t bad. As you?d expect, this Tim Hortons is quite busy, but I usually walk... away with an order without any errors or burnt/undercooked food. The service is usually fine, and with the majority of clienteleusing the drive-thru, walk-in orders usually come pretty quick if you want to avoid the wait. Read more
Very poor attitude from the staff. Got a feeling that they really didn?t want customers in the restaurant sitting down. All the... tables were dirty and garbage was over flowing. I asked for a rag to clean a table but wasn?t given one. One staff came out andcleaned only my table and left the others dirty. I pointed out the garbage she just walked back behind the counter and went backto her job. This by far the worst of the Timmies in Edmonton. Read more
