I work at a different location of Tim Hortons so yes I do know what's supposed to be in an order. Every time my order gets... messed up I try to get the correct one in a nice way. Such a rude staff, service is okay, but the people working there should likely to take some behavioural courses and learn to... give good customer service. supervisor of this location should notice their staff behavior and take some action. I wish there was a zero stars option. the norquest tim hortons is one of the worst places i have been to in my life. i ordered a... medium frozen lemonade and it was not even filled up it was about 5 inches below the lid. I think that the staff is good but i just want to tell that in French vanilla there is too much sugar compare to other sotre.
Went through drive thru they totally ignored the second line up. Why have two if you are not going to help the customers in one... of them. I ordered one coffee and because they helped 5 cars in the other lane before me there was lots of time got to thewindow and not only did they not have my coffee ready they didnt even know what i had ordered. This place needs new management. Better trained staff and a proper system in place. The blond haired person who I think is the... manager cant be bothered to help customer's problems nor help her staff with customers problems if they needed it. She seems alittle belitting towards her staff just from what I seen in line and from a former employee. Never been to a Tim Hortons withabysmal service. Read more
