I work at a different location of Tim Hortons so yes I do know what's supposed to be in an order. Every time my order gets... messed up I try to get the correct one in a nice way. Such a rude staff, service is okay, but the people working there should likely to take some behavioural courses and learn to... give good customer service. supervisor of this location should notice their staff behavior and take some action.
