Place is filthy. All tables have garbage on them and need to be cleaned. Nobody here. Staff talking to each other. No effort to... clean tables. I had a breakfast sandwich with a biscuit and the biscuit was hard. Not up to usual Tim?s standard Read more

We were here to grab a quick dinner while waiting for our soon to be cancelled flight and there was a pretty long queue there.... There was only one person working at that time and I was worried that my order will take forever to fulfil. However, that onestaff was extremely efficient, proficient and familiar with his work. He got our orders right away and when we requested for ourcroissants to be reheated, he got them done right away and moved on to the next customer, whom he knew by name apparently whichshows the level of service and familiarity with the customers. Overall I am very impressed with this one man operation TimHortons, the service and efficiency is worth 5 stars, but the food taste and quality is worth 3, which works out to 4 stars onsimple average. Food is not fantastic as most of you already know but for the price, it is hard to resist, unless you reallyneed much better food, have time and money for it. P.S. app discounts or promotions do not work here. Read more

My experience just now from start to finish: I just came back from LA and was very lucky that when I exited customs there was... no line! So I walked up, asked the lady how she was doing to which she did not reply (guess she didn't hear or understand) andordered a ham and cheddar sandwich meal and coke. The meal is supposed to come with a drink (coffee or water, so I should havehad two drinks) but she never gave it to me, and she scolded me for not telling her what doughnut I wanted at the till eventhough I did tell her I wanted a honey dipped. Then to make matters worse, she didn't gently set the doughnut down but kindaunnecessarily tossed it onto the counter and didn't acknowledge me when I thanked her for it. No receipt either. I don'tusually complain but I walked away from that feeling bad because it was my first interaction since reentering canada, and theway that woman treated me caused me to regret not just purchasing a cheap hot dog at the circle k beside this Tim Hortons. Idon't think anything can be done about this but I didn't deserve to be treated that way. I may be timid but I was respectful andnice. Read more

service is disappointing, always slow since they have only one or two people working. some of the employees wear their mask... under their nose, wont wear gloves or wear the same to serve food after cleaning the floor. the place is never clean and fliesare regular clients. selection of food and drinks is very limited, no lattes, 2 types of Timbits and maybe 3 or 4 donuts andmuffins, only one or two soups. they often serve coffee that is not fresh. No TH Rewards. the schedule is not posted and theplace closes at different times every day. the only good thing about this place is the convenient location on the arrival floorof the airport. I wish the management put some effort in making it a decent place. Read more

This has to be the slowest Tim's to exist. They had 2 people working the front with about 40 people in line and they were... filling their own orders. Then one went on break. Management needs to organize better. Read more

I work at the Edmonton International Airport and on a daily basis, I see issues at this location. Firstly, the service provided... is not customer driven. The workers do not work as a team, they seem very "scattered" during a peak rush. The workers tend tospeak in punjabi and other languages while taking orders from customers, as well they do not use manners or show respect whenassisting people with their orders. Secondly, the food is not up to par. Due to the customer service being less thanacceptable, the listening skills of these workers is as bad as the food. When I clearly tell you what I would like to order, repeat it twice to ensure for my own sake that you are correctly placing it in your system and than I get an incorrectsandwhich, or breakfast wrap, it really just shows how much attention you are paying to me, the customer. Thirdly, I havementioned this to my work friends at EIA, as well as the manager and workers at Tim Hortons. If you are to leave pastries andother baked from frozen foods in your little cubby, you need to ensure this area is sealed from insects. On multiple occasions Ihave seen flies crawling over the maple donuts, honey crullers, cookies as well as timbits. I have expressed my concern that ahealth inspector would not be pleased with this. They briefly tried to improve the situation by draping plastic wrap from thetop, hanging down to the bottom, to which is such a failed attempt at preventing the flies from going into the cubby, I'mcurious if the manager was the one to make that choice. Do not eat at this location, you will regret it. Read more

Back to the same disorder. My chocolate chill that I ordered was made with haste even though there was only one other person in... line. The result of this quick service produced this: a careless smack in the face. Read more

Tim Hortons Hmmmm I wonder do they serve coffee here? Can I get donuts? Do they have a breakfast and lunch menu? If you?ve... been in Canada for 5 seconds then you already know the answer. If for some unknown reason like you were just born or are fromanother planet then yes to those questions. Like many of Tim Horton locations this place is always busy but more so than mostbecause of its location even though there are 2 more stores within a two block radius. There is limited seating and thewashrooms are locked so you have to go to the counter to get a key. Today I had one of my favourite things, the chilli withbun. I love chilli and Tim?s has what I consider to be one of the best. I also had the coffee and a Maple Swirl donut. I lovedit all. I have had a lot of the menu over the years and have always enjoyed the food. I will continue to come here as I havebeen brainwashed like most Canadians to like it but I don?t mind. Read more
