I was at this location 3 times in the past week and ordered the Herb and Garlic pastry, 2 times it was the wrong one, it was the... Jalapeno. This is after telling them to make sure its the correct one, and ordering 2 each time. I'm now out of pocket for 4pastries. Maybe train your staff better. Read more
Good food, great service, really bad that they allow people to beg others for money in their location. Would have been 5 stars... if not for the staff not having a handle on beggars and panhandlers inside the store where they have a captive audience. Read more
The customer service has completely tanked lately. I work in the same complex and visit daily, and the staff used to be amazing.... Now they're all new and there is only one staff member who has any good customer service skills. I guess this is a positive,since I'm now learning to make my own (much better) coffee at home. I am very disappointed on how a simple sandwich is made. My panini was NOT grilled...from the picture it looks like the panni... was microwaved....YUCK!!!!! I am giving 1 star...but it does not deserve it. Read more

If you are used to going to Tim Hortons and enjoying their food along with the free internet prepared to be disappointed. The... internet has not been working at the Strathcona or the location across the street from Southgate Mall. When asked, the staffthough friendly have no idea what's going on and no idea when the problem will be rectified. If you want to enjoy internet withyour coffee and muffin or whatever you're eating, then I suggest for now you go to McDonald's. Read more
After several mediocre visits to this location, this one will be my final visit. Only ordered 2 items. Was assured my food... item was correct when I confirmed what was ordered, it was not. Coffee was served slightly warm and when brought back it waswarmed in the microwave. Read more
