I was at this location 3 times in the past week and ordered the Herb and Garlic pastry, 2 times it was the wrong one, it was the... Jalapeno. This is after telling them to make sure its the correct one, and ordering 2 each time. I'm now out of pocket for 4pastries. Maybe train your staff better. Read more
Good food, great service, really bad that they allow people to beg others for money in their location. Would have been 5 stars... if not for the staff not having a handle on beggars and panhandlers inside the store where they have a captive audience. Read more
The customer service has completely tanked lately. I work in the same complex and visit daily, and the staff used to be amazing.... Now they're all new and there is only one staff member who has any good customer service skills. I guess this is a positive,since I'm now learning to make my own (much better) coffee at home.
