The worst Tim Hortons in the city. Not only do they do nothing about the gross, and smelly customers who hang out infront 25/7,... this location has the worst staff. Coupled with a lack of cleaning, unbelievably slow service, always incorrect orders, and agenerally poor demeanor, this location is by far the worst in Edmonton. Read more
Hours state open until 10pm. Never actually open until 10, always closing 10-15 minutes early. When your hours are until 10, you... should be open until 10. The doughnuts we got were great, they had forgot the whip on our ice cap (no problem, got it fixed) and the bagel wasn't cut and... didn't have enough cream cheese on it. This is the second morning that was quite disappointing with the burnt bagel and a slab of butter on the already buttered bun. I... could see from the window that she just slapped it on there and not give a care. Their coffee is so weak!!! Everytime I come here I wait in line when there's no line up and watch 3 people doing everything... else but serving the "one" customer.
