IMAGINE THIS. You've just been a part of the most literally incomprehensible midterm known to man. An army of people with PhD's... could only score an 80% on it. Cue the distant rumble of what could only be the fattest cup of coffee brewed in human history.Cue the otherworldly aromas of a honey crueller calling to you. Cue the ever furthering stack of midterms saying "sorry" in aMike Tyson accent. There's simply no other option. You line up in an eternally long line to buy a 7 hour old donut with slightlywarm coffee which is a little mindboggling considering there are always customers buying the items. The customer service isevidently below average but you must satiate yourself with this mediocre, not-even-Canadian food chain. Coffee is just warm...Would be better if hot... Service is good.

This place used to be OK. Coffee was OK, & service was good. Overall it wasn't too bad for a monopoly business of coffee for... Engineering Students. However, it took a really sharp downturn over the past few months (constantly out of produce, frequentlyget your order wrong, and really hostile attitude from some of the new staff). Closes at 2:30 in the afternoon, which is absolute BS. Won't serve you even if you line up before the line is done. If it... closed at a reasonable hour, refusing service to customers who line up at the last second would make more sense, but at 2:30 inthe afternoon in a busy location, it should be expected to stay open until the line is gone. Great, friendly service, but the lines move very slow at peak times (around 1 PM). Coffee is usually fresh.
