Convenient location, but honestly could compete for slowest service in town! Be prepared to wait 30 minutes in line just to... place your order. After waiting 10 minutes in line, I downloaded the app, signed up, inserted CC info, ordered, and received myorder before my original spot in line even reached the till. This was my second time experiencing ridiculously slow service,with the first time being an aborted attempt. One of the people in our group waited over 45 minutes for their food to bemade. Went to grab new cinnamon caramel oat latte. Order 2 medium. The staff was talking to each other after taking order and not... concentrated on making drink. The guy started making drink and left it half way and standing doing nothing. Then he finished onedrink and left on the back counter for like 10mins and keep talking to staff. Then he made 2nd drink after another 5 min. Whenwe walked out of the store and tried it it was Luke warm and the glass was not even full. Should consider more proper trainingfor the staff. Tonight our one family members went to emergency in university hospital and due to long waiting list , I want to buy some food... from Tim Horton and Wendys ( in front of adult emergency) , I order food at Tim Horton and Wendy both shops and after that Irequest them for using washroom and it was 10 :30 pm and women who was clean area out side washrooms she talked with me so badlyand told me that our washroom close for customers at 9 pm . After that I requested to a philippeno women at Tim Horton and shetalk with me very roughly and in stupid way then I request at Wendy?s but their senior supervisor told me that we not allowafter 9 pm . Both shops take orders from customers till 11pm and earn money but customers not allow to using washroom even ifthey are in emergency . Very disappointed with bad behaviour Read more
