Stopped visiting this location because they cannot get a simple dark roast right. Not sure if they are skimping to make what... they think can pass as dark roast or just don't care and always give me regular coffee but people who want dark roast are goingto know the difference, I will never return to this location. Drive thru They ask for your order, they don?t listen, you repeat it and they don?t listen again. They interrupt to try and up... sell you. You then get the wrong order. I received a bagel that was stale. They are absolutely brutal. They can?t completethe bare minimum of customer service. Read more
Got sassed by the staff member in the drive thru. Told me to have my app open before I got to the window, meanwhile she?s having... a full blown conversation with her coworker. Sorry I?ll be better next time I come to your establishment. What a joke. Then sheforgets to give me my one drink. Focus on your job not what the customer is doing. Read more
Went through drive through and they messed up my whole order. Asked for a creamy chocolate chill and they gave me a chocolate... ice cap, I asked for a caramel iced coffee and they gave me a caramel ice cap then I also asked for an everything bagel extratoasted with herb and garlic cream cheese and they gave me a bagel that was cooked at a high temp so it burnt on the outside butstill has a doughy uncooked inside and the smallest amount of cream cheese you can imagine. Not even enough to cover the bagelpieces, so it was burnt and dry and doughy. They get 3 stars because they did offer to replace it. Read more
Today I ordered a Harvest breakfast sandwich, and was given a sausage patty instead. I have worked at tims before, and I know a... sausage patty when I taste one. This is the second time this has happened to me at a tim Hortons, and ive only ordered thissandwich 4 times in total. I feel as though I can never trust whether or not I'll be getting plant based or sausage. As someonewho doesnt eat meat, I don't appreciate having this mess up so often. Read more
Extremely rude. I tried to order a begal at 9pm where they close at 11pm and manager apparently said she can't make me a bagel... because she's cleaning the toaster right now and it would take her 15 to 20 minutes. I than asked why she was cleaning in whentheir still servicing customers and she just says "byeee". Will never buy anythung from this franchise again. Read more
I stood in the store for a solid 3 minutes. A wonderful blonde with glasses asked if I've been helped. I said no. She took my... order. Made me laugh. Went over and beyond what she had to and for her fabulous customer service today I gladly give thislocation 5 stars! Read more
It is hardly ever that my order is correct I simply ask for a French vanilla ( often given I think it?s English toffee I think... it is ) but I want my French vanilla filled to the top !
