if you like burnt food and no variety come to this location. i could smell my bagel burning while sitting in the drive thru.... they never have any stock of regular menu items and the staff brush you off. also to add, their drive thru menu screen has beenshot out, yes with bullets, and have not even tried to replace it. customer service is very much lacking. The selection here is minimal and this location is drastically understaffed. Be prepared for a long wait time if you choose to... come here. The only employee who was working at the time was trying her best to multitask and get as many orders complete asquickly as possible, but it was still a 15 minute wait in line, inside, and likely more in the drive thru. I've asked employees to not burn the croissants, but I don't know if they know how to toast a piece of bread, it's really not... difficult to do. Plus, service is extremely slow, cars pile up really easy here. Do not come to this place. Read more
Thank you Tim Hortons. You managed to make a Monday even worse. I waiting 15 minutes for you to serve the car in front of me,... and the 5 minutes for my one coffee. After all that time you couldn't even figure out how to give me a better cup, so I got acrushed one that doesn't close. Now I have coffee all over myself, my car, and my phone (in my purse). The good news is yourcoffee is so cold that it didn't burn me at least! But hey, I'm sure it's not always that horrible, just whenever I go in themorning, afternoon, and evening. Read more
It took almost 15mins waiting at the window after ordering, before we were even spoken to for 3 bagels and a tea. The toaster... was not working, so unsure why the wait was so long. This is not a very busy location, it was 10am and only 2 vehicles in frontof us when we arrived. Read more
