For several months this location has been showing incorrectly in the Tim Horton's app and in google maps as "temporarily... closed". This store is very much open, but because the mobile app thinks it is closed, it is impossible to place a mobile orderhere. To be clear, I have always found the service and food quality here to be reasonably good. I reported this issue to astaff member, and was told that other patrons have also reported the problem and that the store manager has advised corporate ofthe issue. I used to place online orders here once or twice a month for breakfast on my may to work, but since I can no longerplace a mobile order for the drive through, I won't be frequenting this location until the issue is addressed. Just now at 2:15pm Aug 17 I had just gotten off work and I?m a little frazzled trying to place my order at the counter. The last time I got bagels with cream cheese, they applied the tiniest bit of cream cheese like it was a joke. Almost like they... just touched the bread to the cream cheese inside the container and decided it was good. Today I gave them another chance, andthis time there were chunks of cheddar cheese and a brown smear in the cream cheese on one of the bagels. Pics for proof. Im coming here every other after midnight from my side hussle to get a steeped tea and muffin and this lady is always offering... me a freshly brewed one. I don?t mind waiting for which she asks me first if I?m willing to and it?s kinda making me feel veryimportant. what an exceptional service you should hire more of like her. I didn?t get her name (no name plate whatsoever) butshe always works overnight, small young chubby lady with dimples and beautiful smile and very friendly a Filipino almost like usMexicans.. by the way all my buddies in LRT constructions along 75st is also loving her a lot very friendly.
