I was charged $3 for a large regular coffee after the guy at the drive through noticed I was using cash. It is suppose to be... $2.02. I don't mind giving donations, but telling me I owe $3 for a coffee is a bit ridiculous. He probably just pockets all theextra change. Read more

They never have the limited time only offers, the waiter who is baking in the back is awfully rude when asked if he is baking... the limited time only pastry, I saw it on several occasions. The owner simply does not care about making the customers happy. Ifyou go early in the morning then check your order before you leave as it happened on several ocasions that we ordered one thingand we got not even close to what we ordered... Read more
Dishonest business practices. Charges more than displayed pricing. Refuses to honor displayed pricing when challenged on it. ... No manager to speak with. Food withheld for approximately 10 minutes despite being already made. Food was cold by the time itwas finally passed to me. Read more
This Tim Hortons is well situated in a very nice location in the South gate mall close to the Hudson Bay.... the staff here... looks great and gave a befitting customer service experience. The timing is appropriate and the burger tastes nice andcrispy.... Kudos..... Read more
