I don?t know what they are trying to do but I bought a small chilli and I got 1/4 of a bun with it. It was cold and I felt like... I was eating soup there was so much liquid and hardly any meat or beans. If this is how they are now going to make their chillithen I am sure they will lose customers. Came here Sunday Aug 28 around 7:30 PM to see some friends. I used to live around westmount and have always liked coming to this... location. It's bright and quite clean, same with the washrooms. For a fast food place they serve good food and drinks. The onlyconcerning item is the potato wedges but those are notoriously stale no matter what location I go to. I don't usually have aproblem with the service here so I guess tonight must have been an off night because a tall blonde guy taking my order waspretty rude. He looked at me from the back for awhile before deciding to come take my order and was visibly annoyed. He thentook my order and must've decided when I was done ordering because he pretty much just hit the pay button and walked away. Wayto ruin a good location. Read more
Get a XL French vanilla and got equivalent to a large. Witnessed a small cup worth being poured back into the drink that was... lacking the proper amount. Edit: Tuesday August 2nd 2022. Came in ordered a large regular the creamer left a terrible taste inmy mouth went to ask for just a black coffee instead and got given another regular in trade. Poor service. I've visited this location many, many times. The commitment to delivering consistent food has always been there. I'm unsure if... this was an off day, but the service is steadily declining. Will make another visit to ensure a fair comparison. Read more
Worst service ever, pre ordered my breakfast wrap, took them 10 minutes to acknowledge i was standing at the pick up window.... Then proceeded to tell me to wait another 8 minutes for my wrap when i ordered over 30 minutes prior to them talking to me, thenthey did not refund me when i said "i need to leave or i will be late for work" no credit, no refund and when i contactedcustomer service from the app they said "not our responsibility to give you a refund, you need to go to the store and ask" whenthey refused to refund me the first time Read more
I can't reccomend this location at all. Employees standing around talking, several people in line and no one tending to them.... Focus seems to be for drive thru only. Employees not replenishing coffee when its clearly finished. Read more
Our go to place for breakfast take outs. We love the farmers wrap and the english muffin breakfast.
