Filthy dining room really needs to be dusted. Got a roast beef sandwich, it was ok but not filling so I then got a chicken bacon... ranch wrap. Got it suspiciously fast considering how long I waited for the first sandwich... Bacon was rubbery, lettuce was warmand wilted, chicken was hard at the edges. They clearly microwaved an old one. I always got coffee from this location and always order medium of coffee and quarter of fench vanilla. It's always less than a... cup... you guys pls check if if the cup is full because we pay full price of the cup of coffee not a 1/3 only. Read more

If you are Canadian and you drink coffee... you know where the Timmy's are. Reliable.. consistent, and for the price ....... pretty decent food. It's not 5 star Michelin.... but it's going to hit the spit. Read more
GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION. Waited 9 minutes at the counter with 8 or 9 staff working. They were doing all the skip and drive... through and didn't care for the customers inside. When a cashier because available, they helped the lady behind us on anothertill, and were speaking in another language besides English. Felt a little reverse prejudice, and then it took another like 6minutes for our 2 drinks and 2 bagel sandwiches. Awful, Awful service here. Would give a 0* if possible. Half the bagels anddonuts were empty, it was lunchtime.. VERY DISAPPOINTED. literally nobody here seemed to care. Food kinda sucked too. Read more

They are good, my order was fulfilled, though the reusable cup given to me had stagnant water to stay still on the open display... shelf, it was dusty too, which is not sanitary. I would like to suggest on keeping the reusable cups that are for sale to be inan enclosed casing for display or keep them at the back of the store in storage. Read more
I never ever write bad reviews about any place but everytime if I go to this timmis in the evening. Everyone is so rude the only... thing I asked today it was at 6:10 pm that can I get in from a fresh pot and while I was ordering someone from the back isyelling we don?t have fresh pot, I also do customer service and it is a hard job but it is very important to be nice with yourcustomers. And this one girl who was at the window was so rude and she close the drive thru window and was laughing inside , itseems like I wanted it for free or they were paying Or was it so hard to pour it from a freshly brewed pot,I requested somethingfor the first time ever in a nice way .
