Someone here thought it acceptable to have a cup full of espresso ready and just free pours into the drink , how am I sure I'm... getting what I paid for and how can you be sure I'm not getting more than what I paid for. Absolutely chaotic environment,layouts abysmal failure no waiting area or direction among staff. Terrible spot to stop. Read more

Whent inside for lunch.. very busy place, I had to wait a very long time for my sandwich to come it tasted great however with... the sandwich I also bought wedges .. again waited a very long time more then 15 mins an when I did receive them they were cold.. Read more

So far I've been here 3 times. Coffee is good and seems to be of same quality. The food here is the opposite. I gave it 3... chances because I'm working close by. Donut I ordered was put in a sleeves and when it came time to eat the paper envelope tookall the icing off the top and left with a slopping pudding/doughy mess. I ordered a bagel belt and it was thrown together sosloppy and the bacon I received was literally one peice of bacon broken in half to spread on the bagel. Very very bad prep workat this tims. The lettuce here is thrown on your sandwich Even if it's gone bad. The grill machine is down so my wrap was notgrilled and the ranch applied was over execcive. The crispy chicken seemed crispy only by time left out in the open. Nothinghere is worth your money. Unless you have to have your DD its the only thing this place diddnt mess up. Very disappointed. Small location, was super loud. Ordered a couple sandwiches and a coffee, cashier was too busy and didn't hear me over the noise... to get my coffee on the order. The lineup was huge in a cramped area. Read more

My hubby had a terrible Tim Horton's encounter. He took a piece of plastic from his coffee. He attempted to inform the manager... and workers, but they were rude and not even willing to listen. The only thing they can do, they added, is replace the coffee.I'm not even going to give one star. Read more

Thank God, you have a different sign on their window now than you cannot come in without proof of a jab or wearing the mask.... Their sign read: Welcome back, we are open to all. Now, that was a reason for me to go in and get some of their deliciousdonuts. Read more

This location is well furnished but the staff are sometimes on the rude side, even through it's relatively less busy than other... Timmies locations. Staff aren't big fans of mobile orders for some reason (based on 3 visits), but are great at keeping thedrive thru running efficiently (based on 2 visits). Read more

I wish that the management of all these places/fast food, coffee,etc., would realize that a walk in customer still needs to be... serviced. I know drive through is important,but I don't think that the lazy rushed people should take priority over walk-ins. Imight of stayed. Read more
