Terrible service. Was told tk park to wait for my order. Waited 15 minutes and no one brought it out. Went inside and noone... acknowledged customers waiting at the till. Watched and listened to everyone behind the counter chatting away and then themanager proceeded to yell and talk down to a few of the staff members in front of customers. My order was in a bag, coldforgotten about. No apology, nothing. I do not recommend stopping here. Go to the one in the mall across the street. Clearlyyou?re better off. Read more

After waiting about 5-8 mins for our turn to order (keep in mind no one was in front of us) the staff that was taking our order... left once or twice to go deal with other things. After ordering we waiting 10 more minutes to even get our food, a frozenlemonade which was watery by the time we got it, a burnt bagel not buttered and two chillies the place in general was terriblycared for a coffee was spilt all over the floor and even the staff just walked over it without a care in the world, along withthat all the tables were soiled and cover in dirt. Avoid this location if you can!!! This Tim?s is the closest location for me on my way to work? they always give what they want... and not what the client asks for. Yesterday morning I bought by Drive Thru and ordered a Latte and when I drank it was cold. Ialso ordered a plain croissant and they gave me a chocolate croissant, I found out when I was at work and I didn?t have a chanceto change it. I swear that whenever I go, it always happens to me, always. Terrible experience. Read more

beyond ridiculous, Tim-Hortons could you at least hire employees who can understand English and what is being ordered please?... Had to repeat myself like 5 times to foreign employee and then she game me THIS (open butter on a hot chili tnx) id like arefund. Read more

Menu screens change so quickly it took forever to figure out what was available to order, went with a classic (turkey bacon club... sandwich) only to discover they don?t cut the sandwiches in half any longer !?!? Before we could sit down to eat we needed toask the staff to clean a table, as they were all soiled or had garbage on them. Napkins were not provided and were nowhere tobe found in the dining area. My partner had to wait in line to obtain napkins from the staff. My partner ordered a salad andreceived one with fried chicken, not the grilled variety that was pictured on the ever changing menu screens. The wrap ourdaughter ordered was as expected. Drinks and salad/sandwich/wrap for three people came to nearly $35. Not the value I wasexpecting for that amount. Read more

This Tim Horton's location has some good food, but they really needs to make some improvements to safety, cleanliness, and... giving more polite customer service. First, the steel cover on the floor at the east entrance needs to be repaired; it is veryloose and easy to slip on. I have told the staff about this, but it still has not been fixed. Also, the washrooms are usuallyfilthy, and the door always slams automatically when it closes. There is one employee there in particular who is always abruptand sour-faced. She never smiles and always looks annoyed. Read more

This review is not about food or service, it?s safety, check the picture and you guys will understand. They have I believe two... entrances the one we enters has steel floor or some kind, it was so slippery, Luckily none of us had a slip and fall accident,but can?t say others, Please fix it before a law suit initiated by some unfortunate patron. 0/10 worst Tim's in the city in terms of customer service. Had to wait five minutes until I pulled up to the window and was... greeted with rude customer service. I then proceeded to place an order of 4 items in which they sent me to wait to wait incurbside pick up for 9 minutes to be exact. Turning my fast food experience into a sit down breakfast...... But it gets evenworse even with the time it takes a master chef to make a full meal they still butcherd my order of a bagel with creme cheeseand a bacon farmers wrap. Giving me a sausage farmers wrap and a ham sandwich instead. The only person who knows what they aredoing in this whole operation is the manager who was very understanding of the situation. Swiftly bringing me the right food thesecond time around. Don't eat here if you want a fast food experience. Food was also sloppy not looking like much effort hadbeen put into it . Read more
