Way too slow service around 6:00 pm daily. I?ve been going to this location every day for last few years. And the man who works... there at the window is rude just walks around here and there pretending he?s working hard and expecting other fellow workers towork for him. Some of the workers not all could use a smile and friendly service. Doesn't matter if someone is homeless. If they are a paying... customer they shouldn't be singled out and frown upon. I watch with my eyes and not say anything. Thank you!! Read more
Very bad experience. I waited in the drive-through for about 10 mins to order, which is okay as it was a rush time. After paying... for my food, they give me the wrong order and told me to park the car at the front. I waited there another 10 mins, but nobodywas coming out. So I went inside and asked about my order and they don?t even know which order I am asking about. Very poorcustomer service ever. Read more
Went there last night and waited at the order box for over 5 minutes with no response. Drove up to window waited again. Had to... knock to get attention. There were 2 women standing there who looked at us and walked away. Long story short we wanted over 20minutes just to get coffee. 4:30 a.m. waited 10 minutes at drive-thru window after putting order in. Absolutely nobody in front of me. When they finally... came to the window to accept payment, they couldn't figure out how to work the debit machine. They decided they could onlyaccept cash, which I am not carrying. Usually a decent location. But too many times have they messed up my order and it would have delayed the line up to get it... fixed. For example today, the order was correct on the screen, and then they adjusted things (I guess?) while I pulled up to thewindow, because suddenly the 2 extra hashbrowns and the donut I ordered that was all on the screen were magically not on thereceipt nor in my bag. This location does not take their time to attend their customers properly. I went in the drive thru and the lady didn't close... the lid of my coffee properly. she burned my hand when she gave me the coffee with the open lid. They should make sure they donot burn people if they do not want to get sue. I had to go buy cream to apply it in my hands. Karen Read more
