Absolutely disgusted when I was in here earlier this evening because I couldn't believe that out of the 8 or 10 males that were... wandering around me and not saying excuse me or simply not displaying any type of manners,it was like I was invisible to findout they were all management thoroughly floored me when I was informed of this by staff!!! Having the Farmer's maple bacon wrap, and that only had like two dabs of the sauce at best, Maple Pecan donut tasted a bit of... both, but not worth the extra $0.80, BUT the hot chocolate is the worst offender for being so watered down with no cream (and Inever needed to have to ask for cream, as it usually is creamy). If you order anything it'll come with missing items. If they don't have it or something they don't let you know in any way and... you're left dealing with some retarded skip app support. I feel as if they have some sort of "hire the mentally challenged asstaff for good pr" policy at only this location. Great place to get a cuppa, one of the smaller Tim's in the area but also probably the busiest. It's quite a busy area though so... sometimes you get service with a smile, sometimes you don't. Read more
The staff are friendly we all have to be patient cause often it takes a min but considering ? what the staff are up against they... get it done quickly and in an orderly manner.I tried the app to order it's slow very limited in selection misleading. Broccoli soup was good but service sucked. Bought ice cap and noticed large crack in cup and half leaked out.. Brought it back... up to cashier and she was angry cause I asked for new one. Was just going to give a another cup to pour it into even 1/2 of otleaked all over table. When I said that wanted a fresh one she served 3 other people before me. Read more
Worst Tim Hortons in the city. I live beside it, I've given it many many opportunities to redeem itself, within this month and... last month I have experienced terrible service of my food and drinks. They will rush you to take your items at drive thru andslam the window on you. I ordered a drink and they gave me a completely different drink as a replacement without confirming withme. Today I've ordered a croissant toasted but it was almost completely burnt, I had to throw it away. How did they not noticeit was completely burnt and still add it to my bag and hand it to me? How fast were they moving to not notice the croissanttheir holding is completely burnt. I ordered a french vanilla and every single order I've had for the past month was watereddown and bland. I've become embarrassed to ask them to fix it because they will make sure you know how much you areinconveniencing them. I know the staff members aren't out to kill anyone but maybe management can hire more people, slow downthe pressure to increase sales and actually focus on quality service over quantity. Read more
