This location is spotlessly clean. The staff were scrubbing corners and outside windows, booths, everything. I've been noticing... in the last year how gross more tim Hortons are. Just filthy. This one was so clean! The staff were all very polite and smiling.Nice to see! Read more

caramel iced Capps are absolutely to die for. if you haven't had one yet try it today. unfortunately the way Tim Hortons is... run, with staff preparing each order by themselves is ridiculous. my coffee quality has gone steadily downhill recently, andfrankly I'd love a refund on the 40 dollar meal I had to throw out because it was somehow cold and tasted terrible. too bad thislocation refused my request to fix it the day of my order.. my friend and I ended up going to McDonald's instead.. what a wasteof time that was. Not one to complain, but I spent 8 years with this company at one point. How is this acceptable? If you cannot tell, what I... asked for was an everything bagel double toasted. I got a nearly plain bagel and its been toasted on both sides instead ofdouble toasted on one? I had to wait nearby the food station and had to remind the worker to toast it again after watching themstare at the screen? I didnt catch that they decided to toast the opposite side, but thats not the only issue. Staff should beutilized to their strengths better than this. Read more
This place never disappoints. They always make my order perfect and on the rare occasions they don?t, they fix it immediately... without questions. The staff is so kind and I honestly hate visiting any other Tim?s because they don?t even compare. Read more
I don't see the point in hiring incompetent employees that watch a line build up and do nothing about it, I've worked at Tim... Hortons and I know first hand that if you are on front counter your job is deal with customers, not clean and refill coffee,that is done when there are no customers. I shouldn't have to stand in line with three other people for over 15 minutes justbecause the only person they have working front counters incapable of doing their job, I don't usually complain aboutestablishments but honestly I called them after this and all they told me was they have one in the front and one in the back,Why stay open if you can't even keep employees. Saturday afternoon with only 3 staff on, all are doing their best to keep things moving but are clearly understaffed. Please... help these poor people out for your own business sake, 3 groups have left due to the wait while I was standing in line, I'm suremany more throughout the day. Was coming here to order food but due to the delay I only got drinks. Management should be doingbetter than this for their employees. Donut showcases in the front are nearly empty, floor needs to be mopped, 4-5 staff lookslike it would be more appropriate. Read more
