Today I bought... a coffee and a muffin, after paying I asked the lady at the till if she could give me some change. Probably the worst Tim Hortons in Edmonton. The staff are slow and usually standing around doing very little. The only reason... they are in business with their terrible work ethic and service is the fact they have no competition. Half the time your orderis wrong and the food is cold or sloppily put together. Read more

It's a great place although I feel their donuts and other pastries have gone down in quality. Maybe I'm just tired of them, it's... one of the only places to get donuts so it's not hard to see people getting tired/bored of them. Wonderful drink(s) selectionhowever. Read more
I visited Tim Hortons in many places. The drive through lane was very busy. I thought for sure it was going to , but they?re... super fast and the staff service was phenomenal as welcoming and friendly nature and they worked quickly to get me food. Staffwas fantastic to deal with. This is the best service i've ever received from a tim hortons location. All staff are veryfriendly and very patient. Keep it up!!! Read more
Worse place they served me bacon when I asked for a turkey club house. Never ordering from this location pigs.
