There were two staff but only one on the till the other just watched as customers stood there wait to order. I also, later was... want to see if he could help me with something but, he didn't respond. The other staff was awesome but Tim Horton offer a 10cdiscount if you bring there reusable cups, but the till doesn't offer that for cold drinks. Read more

Its a good place, great staff. But there?s literally no lock on the men?s bathroom toilet stall. Anybody can open the door on... you while your using the bathroom.I tell the employees that multiple times they tell me thats what the manager wants. I come to this Tim?s Drive Through almost daily between 9:00 am and 10:00 am. The staff are friendly and the order is complete.... Consistency is almost unheard of these days. It?s a decent store though, they got what you need. Plus if you become a frequent mobile order customer, they?ll recognize you... to a point where you don?t tell your order number- they?ll give it to you. Dining area is so comfy, but the mens washroom has NOLOCK for the stall - it?s broken. So if you gotta go to the restroom, be prepared for others to creep on you. Read more
It was an OK place but the lady who took my order was trying to over charge me on a box of Timbits. I ordered a box of 20 for... $4.49 and she tried to charge me 2 boxes of 10 for the price of $3.19 each I had to tell her 3 times that she made a mistake butplayed it that she didn't understand on top of it all she didn't even give me a chance to pick out what kind I wanted this wasthe worst customer service I encountered in a long time. It's basically a Tim Hortons 'lite' store: Generally does not have good stock of items and is out of things quite often,... although the food is always Tim's quality. DOES NOT HAVE A DRIVE-THRU.... I also noticed your 'Maple Bacon' isn't actuallyMaple Bacon.....it seems rather odd that a large breakfast chain, or this store itself, doesn't actually know that Maple Baconis not just Maple syrup slapped on cooked bacon......like, no.
