I don?t recommend going to this Tim Hortons. It could be because of the recent renovations for some of the issues, but I think... it boils down to the workers. It took forever to get 2 coffees, a bagel, and a muffin. The muffin was the wrong one, the bagelhad literally no cream cheese, my cup was cracked and leaking. Someone else ordered a chicken soup that wasn?t warm, which alsotoo forever to get. While the staff are kind, there is something lacking here. Read more
This review is not just for this location but it seem to be every location. I hate going to Tim Hortons & being ROBBED!!!! I say... ROBBED because I pay for food & drinks & never get what I pay for so yes ROBBED. On numerous occasions throughout the year whenyou go to any location & pay for stuff & when you leave & get on the road or back to work to find out they give you less orwrong items then what you pay for. That is stealing as Canadians are working hard to make a dollar & that dollar not going asfar as it should it?s sad that a billion dollar company feels like it should steal from its customers. I?m sick of it. I can notgo into any of you locations & take something I didn?t pay for and not be charged for stealing but yet when I do pay for stuff Idon?t receive it's a mistake & they are sorry. Really nice young people work there. The service is good and the food is prepared as best they can. As at all Tim Hortons drive... thru's watch out for the usual maniacal drivers who will stop at nothing to push ahead of everyone else to save a nanosecond. Read more
This place is okay. Due to covid, or some other odd reason, you can eat in, but have no plates. So you have to use napkins and... plastics as utensils. Tim Hortons has the best chili around, but they have now reduced the amount of bun that you get. They usedto give you a while bun and now they cut the damn bun in half. The owners of Tim Hortons is a company called Restaurant Brandswhich is currently sitting at $76.44 per share. These greedy capitalists need to save half a bun? Good grief! Worst Tim's in canada minus the super crapy ones in surrey bc. Always mess up order, close early and do not specify open times.... They try fool you to think their open by leaving all the lights on at night. Also the evening worker is scrubbing toilets andmoping the floors, same person turns around to serve you food and drink! No washing hands gees not even change gloves! ThisTim's under staffed and due to poor management employees don't know they need to wash hands. They should not be cleaning andserving food. Honestly this Tim Hortons hasn't been all that bad in the 8 years I've lived in the area and chosen this one as the go to. I do... feel it has declined in quality over the last year or so though. I remember they used to win awards for how fast and goodquality they were as a service. You bet within 5 minutes of going at 7:45am I had the items I wanted and was on my way towork/school. Sure they run out of items on the menu frequently, but they're insanely busy all the time. I would imagine it'shard to keep up with it all. My last visit with them though, felt I needed to share. I ordered a regular chicken noodle soupwith bun and this is what I got. The bottom of the bin, solidified and jellied "soup" chunks. I think whoever completed thisorder had a serious lapse in judgment in thinking this was acceptable to serve. I went home to eat my meal (I had just gottenout of a 9 hour overnight stay at the hospital with no sleep) and opened up the container to this. Not the mostappetizing.. Because I'm a petty bish I got back in my car and drove back and asked for the refund. They didn't believe meuntil they opened it to throw it out and then they were apologetic. They did give me the refund, and I went to a different Timsfor soup further north. After eating I slept until 5pm, stomach full with yummy soup. Read more
I?ve been to this location on multiple occasions and this isn?t the first time they have royalty f?ed up my order including just... not making my sandwiches correct and giving us other people order. The photos below are exactly how i received my wrap which wasalso supposed to contain a hash brown. Very disappointed, It?s a basic breakfast sandwich. This place has been renovated but the problems are skin deep no Reno can hide the horrible customer service, being greeted by... rude attendants horrible attitude no smile just plain ugly face first thing in the morning wow I?ll take my business elsewhere.Would it kill you to smile thank me and also get my order right luckily this time no tea or coffee, asked for chocolate chipmuffin got something else, it was changed but no sorry just threw wrong order in the garbage what a waste. 10 Timbits means 10not 6 you dummies.
