I arrived at this location at 8:15pm on Friday night. As a paying customer I was told by one of the staff that I am not allowed... to use the bathroom because they have cleaned it already. This is totally unacceptable. They stopped allowing customers to usethe bathroom 2 hours before closing time. Meanwhile the staff are using it. Surely they are not expecting us, the payingcustomers, to go elsewhere to find another bathroom meanwhile their bathrooms are fully operational? Something needs to bechanged here! Read more
This Tim Hortons encourages line cutting. We went inside and lined up by one of 2 "order here" stations. We were then told "the... line up is over there." there was nothing to indicate this other than knowing this ahead of time. We move to the correctposition behind 3 people that arrived after us. Several people lined up on the "wrong side" now proceeded to walk ahead to oneof the 2 "order here" positions. Our drinks were okay, but we'll be doing to a different Tim Hortons. Read more

probably the WORST tim hortons i?ve ever been to, me and my boyfriend came in a waited a good 5 minutes before even being... greeted. then the order taker kept messing up our order and had to bring someone else in which took another 5 minutes. we thenget our food only for my boyfriend to be missing his white hot chocolate, so i go up to the counter and tell them i didn?t getit which took me 5 minutes to even get someone?s attention. i then get his white hot chocolate only to find out it is just aregular hot chocolate. i expect the staff to have some sense of urgency since there?s a line up of people in the front and drivethru but they just seem to doddle around and not care. extremely disappointed as this is not the service i expect from timhortons.
