I order the same thing every day and it's always a gamble. "Large double double and a maple bacon farmers wrap." Pretty simple.... Sometimes it's a wrap, sometimes it's on an english muffin, sometimes it's sausage not maple bacon, sometimes there's mustard,sometimes there's mayo, or any other combination of random stuff they slap together. Every single time I?ve gone here they have somehow managed to mess up my drink order. On one occasion, and ice cap with... chocolate when I ordered a creamy chocolate chill, and two iced coffees; one with no sugar and one with no cream (???). I?veworked at a tim hortons before and don?t know how they have consistently been able to mess up these easy drinks. Read more
If you go through the drive thru in the mornings during the weekdays it?s AMAZING! The regular ladies are a delight! BUT if you... have to go in and deal with the ?manager? lady at the till, you?re in for a real treat. Not only did she roll her eyes at mewhen I mentioned my order was incorrect she and the girl making my sandwich complained to each other about how I was in thewrong when ordering. I asked for a sandwich, which they toasted, and I mentioned I never asked for it to be toasted and itseemed they didn?t want to replace it because I didn?t specifically say I didn?t want it toasted......every other time I haveordered it it has NEVER been toasted and I was little shocked. They did make another BUT put mayo on it when I specifically saidno mayo! Hopefully the third time is a charm because I called in and said I would like a replacement sandwich for today seeingas how I couldn?t wait around any longer, it was my lunch break. Read more

Been going here for years as I work nearby. Staff are good and rarely have issues with any orders. I would avoid coming during... ?school lunch hour? during the year. 11:30am to 12:30 pm roughly, as the high school nearby will basically overwhelm all areas.The drive through can be royal mayhem especially during that time. The parking lot isn?t all that big, so when the drive throughgets overwhelmed in there it can really bottleneck the whole place. But overall a good location with good staff. Read more
Their too slow even its not a busy hour. They will serve your food cold. And didn?t take your orders correctly,it will take time... before they give you the right one. Tables are always dirty. sometimes the staff talk more louder than the people who dine in.Can?t have a comfortable meal here. And its SUPER SUPER SUPER cold. Read more
Staff are real friendly the issue I have is with the website is when you look up the hours when they open and close the... restaurant part it doesn't say just says 24 hours Monday - Friday so when I bike there just to find out their not open 24 hoursit's only drive threw.
