By far one of the WORST locations I've been too. If you need to make a Tim's stop, there's another one down the road and they... have great service and quality food. This store serves food that the company should be embarrassed about. I ordered achicken/bacon ranch wrap - no tomato - add ketchup. This is what I got. And no, the chicken isn't in the bottom of the wrap. Igot three bites out of this wrap. Read more
DO NOT GET ITEMS WITH EGG FROM THIS LOCATION - MASS FOOD POISONING. 5/6 breakfast sandwiches ordered for office have green,... rotting eggs that smell like sulfur. They cannot make drinks either. Unless you want a double double make sure to ask for ablack coffee (iced or hot) with cream on the side. 100% of drinks this location serves are either black or a double double, theycan't make anything else. Normally the service is fine, nothing special. Staff is always asking to repeat orders in drive through, served someone else?s... order, and not the freshest baked goods. Same with the advertisements on screens most of them are out of stock or don?t exist toemployees. Read more
Out of all the Tim Hortons locations i?ve been to in Alberta and over the past 20 years this location is the absolute... worst. Whoever owns this location you need to send in a family member or a friend unannounced and see what kind of service andproduct this location is putting out. Read more
Signs everywhere say tim hortons is accepting reusable cups. Every time I bring my cup they refuse to accept it and give me a... paper cup instead. Maybe dont advertise one thing and then practice another. I'll be going somewhere else. This tim hortons ismanaged very poorly. You lost a loyal customer. Read more
